I used to borrow a mate's copy of the EP that this song appeared on (shortly after "The First Day" album was released).....this is the (Dead) Bee's Knees LOL.....I've introduced a few of my drum students to this stuff....it certainly opened their ears up, for sure! Dave, please, please NEVER give up writing your otherworldly music, it'd be a very sad day if you ever did

yes sylvian has covered "all tomorrows parties". It exists a "normal" version and an extended version, where are on the double pack cd assemblage+quiet life, solded in 1995.

...really? i wonder why. i think out of all the various artist's that have covered "all tomorrows parties" (and they are considerable)japan's was perfection. of course EVERYTHING sylvian does is golden.

Japan did indeed record a cover of 'All Tomorrow's...'which appeared on the Quiet Life Album.As far as I can remember there isn't any video footage of it.Japan also recorded 'Venus In Furs', which never saw the light of day...

i am certain that sylvian covered "all tomorrows parties" and that i had the ep back in the day. chris: if anyone would have it it would certainly have to be you. if so. could you possibly post? every artist from a to z has covered said song but sylvian's is my absolute favourite: and this includes the orignal velvet undergound recording.
