For certainly you do not have to master any physical world, for physical world is only the mirror of the Above, so when you become completely aware of the Above, you become The Above and the body dissolves and your center of gravity is pulled up from your physical body into the Above.

If you're referring to astral projection and the death of egos, then that is a huge set of topics, not fitting to post in a YouTube comment. Astral projection is most certainly possible, with practise. Google "free course astral projection". Our ego's is a much wider topic.
