This was probably in an area where the waves were relatively small.... I would guess the biggest wave here was 3-4 meters, but some waves were around 6-9 meters, which would have easily reached those people. Bearing in mind the power of a wall of water 9meters high, i dont think you will find many videos of the tsunamis that reached such heights. If you wanna know something scary, research Lituya Bay in Canada!

very true, even the gut filming this made annoyed...i mean all he was worried about was his stupid battery running out..never mind all the ppl on the ground who he could have warned to get to safety when he saw the tsunami approaching!
