He's talking about the NWO. Do a search for the video Wake up Call. This segment is in it at the end. It is suspected that he was killed by the NWO for exposing it. He calls NWO propaganda "the ride" etc. Love/fear he is just referring to "free humanity", without NWO intervention.

This guy was way, way ahead of his time. The old adage comes to mind of "many a true word was spoken in jest". Great interpretation of the fairground ride. brilliant!
