According to Ben Jones who played "Cooter" they went through 309. 43% were 68 Chargers, the rest were 69 Chargers. 22 "General Lee's" survived the show and are in the hands of collectors.

Look at 1:54 (ish). I'm a car chase Fanatic and I love shows/films with car chases in them. As I was saying, at 1:54 there is another Gen Lee. How the hell did Gy or Paul miss that? Lol.

Yeah i have noticed that. But remember this episode was the first of what was supposed to be a five episode cover for another show, so i really dont think the details mattered that much then. |
