I dont know who is "Lord Owen"...but few countries r support serbia in that war-like America-USA can stopped the war in the 92' like she did in 96' when she saw that serbia going down she stopped the war.....infact there isnt just USA there is RUSSIA..a little piece of FRANCE and ROME including the fans of LAZIO-"IRRIDUCIBILI"..beside Bosnia stands her ground and kick them step by step...

it may have to do with history, Serbia was thetraditional ally of the Brits and French, during first and second WW, Croatia was an ally of germany in WW2, the brits and french were full of hate against the germans because they united again in the early 90 ies, why would they help their traditional enemies ?

Why did Lord Owen not want western countries to interfere in the genocide ? Did he support Serbia or just thought it was an internal matter of former Yoguslavia ??

Lord Owen is a former Foreign Secretary and was EU co-chairman of the Conference for the Former Yugoslavia, 1992-95 |
