I was 18 in 1970, and it was so much fun!! Imagine, touch dancing without humping - what a concept... Actually had to know what your feet were doing. It was great!

The late Van McCoy was a composer/producer who was responsible for a lot of great pop/soul music in the 60s/70s. He discovered Peaches & Herb in the 1960s and wrote hits for Jackie Wilson, Peter & Gordon and Barbara Lewis (Baby I'm Yours) years before he finally hit big with The Hustle. Sadly, he passed away in 1979.
