The reason there are so many Baptist Churches in our area is 1. That is the main denomination in the area. 2. because most of them are well over 100 years old and I'm sure you noticed that this is a very rural area, so the churches mostly began as small community churches because people were so spread out and most without reliable transportation it wasn't feasible to have large centrally located churches

So many of us Baptist like to sit on the back pew they had to build a lot of churches or we would not have any place to sit.

I love this video! It makes me homesick. I was born and raised in Gainesville, GA. The mountains were practically in my backyard. Great video and music!
