Relativity, in short, says that speed effects time in reference to something else. The faster you go the slower time will pass for you compared to someone who wasn't. In reverse, the slower you move the faster you age. If you were floating in space and managed to stay perfectly still, you would age much quicker than if you were standing on a planet or if you were moving quickly through space.

The only way you could travel the speed of light would be to be weightless with no rest mass. So the answer is no because anything that has mass cannot move at this speed. Only photons can do this. They are special.
