It was around '78 and one day a friend came by and says, "hey you gotta come with to see this band Weather Report! They're awesome and I got tickets." Can you imagine knowing nothing about em and walking in, sitting down and seeing these guys. Whoa! My mouth must have been hanging open the whole time. Jaco is so young. We saw him at Blues Alley in DC with Hiram Bullock and Kenny Dennard...now that was a power trio!!Great Weather Report clip...about the best I have seen!
