ok first, the temperature inst always below 0 because im pretty sure some time during the year in July or whatever is goes to 15 C or something which is like around 60 F which isn't much, and i know that it can get bad there too temperature wise, and if NOBODY lives there than y do over 600,00 people live in Northern part of north America :/(most of them being American)

How many people live in Nothern Europe and Northern Russia? None! Why? It's the same damn thing as Northern Canada. Yes, I know it snows in other places of the world, but it's not always below 0 like in Northern Canada, Northern Europe, and Siberia.
