I totally agree with you. There are some other great bands. The sad thing is we have to really do some digging to find that kind of music. Mainstream music is totally worthless crap now. The lyrics in music now sounds like something I would write when I was in middle school.

all i can listen to now, well recently is, mogwai, radiohead , sigur ros and slowdive, i think no other bands touch these bands in how they can portray emotion so well through the use of sound.
