I hate GMTV with a passion. At least TV-am was interesting and the theme tune was so relaxing first thing in the morning. The new legislation that Thatcher put in was terrible and killed off good quality tv.

Seems they can't have News 24 on both channels at the same time. If both channels have closed for the night, BBC One gets primary choice for BBC News, then BBC Two gets Ceefax.
