What a dumbass. So the reward of driving an environmental unfriendly car is far greater than the adverse effects that our grandchildren will suffer because of the resulting global warming. Have you any fucking brains? I can't believe there are so many self centered dumbfucks on youtube.

youre the fucking fool. you have no idea what a genetically modified disaster can do to people and the surrounding environment. Maybe you better do some research before you start calling people fools you fuck tard.

you are right. on another topic, GE could be a new genre of art. imagine what you could do to plants! that would be amazing! we probably will be able to control how plants grow, which is awesome. people are only against GE because they are afraid of change. when they came out with artificial legs and arms for those who lost them in accidents, guess what, people protested the use! they said that we were using "God's" power! really. people need to accept new science for their own good.

not only should we HAVE the choice of whether or not to eat GMO products.. we should have the right to say NO to them having fields in such a heavily populated area like Hawai'i! Hawai'i has such a fragile eco system that the slightest changes from their GMO products could have horribly drastic effects on Hawai'i and its residents! America should follow the lead of many other countries in banning GMO products!! Are they waiting for americans to sprout a third arm??

I do think this should have been (and should be,now) handled more carefully and conservatively than it has been. I don't think gene modified foods/seeds should have been released into our agribusiness as quickly as they were, to begin with. what's wrong with being more cautious?
mestena27 (December 31, 1969 at 6:59 pm)
It's not that we should be completely against gene modification...it's that there are no label requirements on gene modified foods.. that really bothers me. I reckon we all should have the right to choose what we want to eat and what we'll pass up in the grocery store. Yet, to this day, that choice is being witheld from us here in the US. WHY? Why refuse to allow consumers the access to more information on what's available 4 purchase?

Not even bugs can eat the corn,so they come out of the fields & eat whatever is left. If you don't believe me walk into a GMO crop & see.

Show me proof that GMO food is safe. This is not just about what starving people eat. This is about what we all eat. GMO food in our country is not even labeled. Do you think their may be a corelation between the rise in cancer and allergies and the increase of GMO food consumption? I don't think that a few companies should have control over the food supply because if something goes wrong, we have no alternative. |
