My mom died on 18DEC. Her memorial service is tomorrow and this will be played for her then as it was 42 years ago when she walked down the aisle to my father. We intend to trumpwt her to Heaven's gate!

I actually remember that happening. My father was a church organist and this was one of his favourite pieces, as is one of mine.

I recall my late father having a 78 of this with the composer listed as Purcell. Why was this piece originally attributed to him and not Jeremiah Clarke, and how was this error discovered?
