GUYS!!!!!! The rocket was BLOWN APPART. I spoke to the president of Plaster Blaster, who supervised the rocket build. The rocket should not have come appart, not even if it hit the ground hard. The reason it came appart into hundreds of pieces was because it was curving towards the crowd. Had it wenty straight up, it would have been successful.Model rocketry is very safe. This stuff does not happen every time a big rocket is launched. ~98% of the rocket launches are successful!
