I was born this way. And my mother really was going to die if I wasn't born by caesarean section. She already nearly died giving birth to my brother. And what about women pregnant with triplets or more? How do you expect them to give birth?

Sounds like agony to me. But then again, sometimes the anesthesia doesn't really have any effect on some women. My mother told me that when she had me, she could feel the doctors cutting into her stomach, and it was painful. So, yeah, I can see why Anna Nicole acted the way she did. Who wouldn't if you could feel it?
