In certain seasons (weather permitting) you can watch the sunrise while the clouds are still dormant beneath you. And as the sun goes up, so do those clouds, slowly, until they rise above you. The scenery is absolutely surreal when you see it in person and words alone won't do any justice in describing such a thing.

Las ciudades deberan estado llenas de todas esas cosas me imagine porque algunos Chilenos turistas se creen tan "pendejos" que se van a colgar todas esas clases de cosas por todos sitios solo para fregarnos la paciencia i dejarnos ver la madurez que ellos tienes, algunas veces ser tan idiotas como poner grafitti sobre uno de los lugares mas sagrados del patrimonio Peruano.Solo da pena ver gente tan envidiosa como esa.

This video makes me nostalgic. I want to go back and visit that mystical place again sometime this year but I have work and study to worry about first. The buildings had roofs but were made out of biodegradable material (ex: leaves, branches, nettings made out of plant fibers, etc.) which is why they're gone after all these centuries. Only the stone structure of the city remains. It's truly a sight to be seen, especially when the sun slowly creeps up the mountains and makes its daily debut and you're standing 30 feet above the clouds as they slowly move upwards. I lived in Peru until I was 18. We welcome all that want to learn more <3
