Bad form man. They dont have the footpush. And the kick way to much from the side. To easy reading. Kick more in front and rotate more with hips.

i can see the negatives and positives about letting ur arm move back. the positve more power i added with the rotate with toe and hips. the bad part is ur lettign ur face unprotected. but if ur holdin on to him i think thats a bit better.

yes in muay thai u use ur shin to inflict maximum damage in the safest way possible.u use the midlower part of ur shin ur not ment to use ur lower shin cause then u can damage ur ankle.

I have read all comments and I will say it again it is a move in kick boxing and even in Bokator. My arguement is is not Thai. You would never use this move to attack the body in thai. This is why thai is so different you use shin to execute round house always yes some kick boxing moves are being used in Thai. I do use my foot to attack inside leg at knee and above knee but never body. In Bokator they use the this move to hit the neck(i think its called cup jarran)
